Hear me on Good Food

posted in Food, Honeybees Comments Off

I got interviewed a few weeks ago for KCRW’s Good Food, way down in Santa Monica, CA. Turns out they wanted to hear about what it’s like raising honeybees, and I got a few words in about the complex flavors of honey, to what’s good about the public reaction to CCD, and they really wanted to know what “Bee Bread” was. They’ll be linking back, or reading my website URL, so I’ll be sure to welcome their listeners with a few good things, how about a food-focused Mindcast episode or two?

Take this one, for example, where William Dembski links to an excellent paper by Barbara Forrest. Because I’m so familiar with the antievolution movement (particularly ID) thus far, I could skip the first sections. But the post-Kitzmiller section, and the Biologic Institute section are well worth my - and your - time.

Direct link to the paper.

Dembski, of course, offers up his usual unsubstantive ad-hominem attack on Forrest. Keep dreaming of ruling over a university and kicking out all the practicing scientists materialists. Keep dreaming…
